Privacy Policy

Aksu Software (founder: Mustafa Aksu; "we", "us") operates the website configra.ai and builds the Configra managed package for Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management. This policy explains which personal data we process in connection with the website and the package, on what legal basis, and which rights you have.

Data processed on this website

configra.ai is a static website. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed no tracking or advertising pixels. The only thing the site stores in your browser is the key "theme" in localStorage, which remembers your light/dark choice. It is purely functional, contains no personal data and is never transmitted to us.

When you open the site, our hosting provider Vercel processes the technical data your browser sends — IP address, user agent, requested URL, date and time — in server logs, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website). We do not combine this data with other sources.

Waitlist and contact

The "Join waitlist" button does not send anything to a server. It opens your own mail client with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@configra.ai; you decide whether to send it and what it contains. We receive only what you send us by email. We use it solely to reply to you about the Configra pilot / waitlist (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request) and we do not store it in any database, CRM or marketing tool. When the conversation ends, the emails are deleted unless a statutory retention duty applies.

Data the Configra managed package processes

The Configra managed package runs entirely inside your Salesforce org and makes no callouts to Aksu Software endpoints — no telemetry, no license server, no external API. Its Einstein AI features call Salesforce's own Einstein Models API through the Einstein Trust Layer, inside the Salesforce platform; no data is sent to external endpoints or to Aksu Software servers. For data processed by Salesforce, your agreement with Salesforce applies.

Aksu Software therefore does not act as a processor of the personal data held in your org. Pilot participants share with us only what they choose to tell us directly (for example by email).

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@configra.ai. We respond without undue delay and in any case within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
