Terms of Use

These terms govern (a) the use of the configra.ai website and (b) the pilot / private-beta use of the Configra managed package (the "Package") provided by Aksu Software, Mustafa Aksu ("we", "us"). The Package is prepared for AppExchange Security Review (not yet submitted, not yet listed); until a listing is live, access is granted to selected pilot orgs only.

Salesforce terms

Every installation of the Package is subject to the Salesforce Partner / AppExchange terms that govern installations of partner packages on the Salesforce platform (see https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/). These terms apply in addition; in case of conflict, the Salesforce agreements take precedence.

Pilot license

For the duration of the pilot we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to install and use the Package in your own Salesforce org for your internal evaluation and business operations. Any fees are agreed individually in the pilot agreement; these terms do not themselves establish a fee.

You may not (a) modify or reverse-engineer the Package, (b) redistribute or resell it, (c) use it to build a competing product, or (d) remove or alter proprietary notices contained in it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for (a) holding an active Salesforce Industries Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) license — the Package is an RLM package and does not run without it, (b) the compatibility of your Salesforce edition and org configuration, (c) sharing rules, field-level security and permission-set assignments in your org, and (d) all data created or stored in your org through the Package.

Security Review status and warranty

The Package is provided "as is" during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Package is prepared for AppExchange Security Review, not yet submitted and not yet listed; a completed Security Review is not a guarantee against every possible issue — please keep testing against your own environment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Package or the website. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product-liability law remains unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Package moves from pilot to general availability. Pilot participants are informed by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
